Heute

Ich hoffe, heute auch einen guten Spaziergang zu machen. Weihnachtsessen heute Abend. Limit: 2 Bourbon Bälle!

Wir sehen uns alle am Sonntag, wenn ich zurück bin !!!! (Es sei denn, es gibt WiFi in unserem Hotel!)

Zeit, diesmal in einem Auto in einem Auto zu gehen !! Tag. Es war herrlich, das Haus in die frische Luft zu bringen, mit meiner Mutter auf meinem Handy zu sprechen und durch die 2,2 Meilen ins Fitnessstudio zu gehen, anstatt zu fahren. Also war meine Stunde Yoga -Klasse, die sich auf die Brustöffnung konzentrierte – was ich mehr als alles andere brauche! Auf dem Heimweg hörte ich Wasser für Elefanten auf Audiobuch – mehr Ruhm! Fühlte sich so viel besser, als ich nach Hause kam.

Übung gewinnt immer!

2 Tassen Baby Spinach1/2 Eine riesige Karotte nur wenige Minikaprika ~ 1/3 Tasse Kichererbsen (liebe es, diese auf Salaten zu essen!) Einige übrig gebliebene zerkleinerte Chickenavocado (die, die Chickenavocado (was den Salat gemacht) Zitronensaft (für Avocado und leichtes Dressing)

Ich hatte auch ein kleines Tempeh + Kürbisbutter -Sandwich auf GH -Zimt -Rosinenbrot.

und einen Behälter für Obst. Ich wollte das meiste davon für klinisch speichern, aber ich brauchte es 🙂

Erdbeeren oben, Grapefruit auf unten

Mein Freund Lauri und ich machen einen Spaziergang in einem Ein bisschen zu Earthfare und zurück (sie braucht einige Lebensmittel). Es ist wirklich schön, aber immer noch ziemlich flüssig. Ich kann es kaum erwarten 75* an diesem Wochenende!

Ich ließ mich 30 Minuten später schlafen, weil ich etwas spät ins Bett gekommen bin, aber ich fühle mich heute Morgen immer noch ziemlich schlecht, hauptsächlich mit Bier. Ich hasse es, dass nur ein [großes] Bier mir das antun wird. Ich bin auch mit Matts Mitarbeitern aufgewacht, um um 3:45 Uhr zu rufen, dass er zu spät gekommen ist – ich denke, er hat seinen Alarm geschlafen? Das ist in 1,5 Jahren frühes Backen nicht passiert! Der Telefonanruf brachte mich in einen totalen Körperschweiß des Schocks und ich konnte für eine Weile nicht wieder schlafen. "Es war kein guter Schlaf 🙁

Ich hatte heute No-Cook-Müsli geplant und um Milch zu verbrauchen, das war bequem.

Das Fundament war ein Paket des Naturpfades, das genau wie Lufter (sp?!) Versionen von Cheerios

plus Sarahs Chai Granola, Galaxy Müsli, Burries, 1/waren 2 Eine Banane, Chiasamen und Kokosnuss

Alle verwechselt. Es schmeckte gut, aber Müsli ist so nicht zufriedenstellend.

Vanille -Nuss -Creme. Sie würden denken, dass dies mein Lieblingstee sein würde, aber es gibt etwas, das ich nicht mag. Ein Gewürz?

Ich werde einen Kaffee bei der Arbeit bekommen! Es gibt ein Starbucks direkt auf dem Weg hinein. Ein schöner Samstagsgenuss.

Ich hoffe, ihr habt heute Spaß, draußen zu spielen! Sorge, dieser Beitrag ist mit G-bewertet. Unsere Reise nach San Diego wurde in zwei Hälften unterteilt: Pre-Mazen Reunion und Post-Mazen Reunion. Ich rekapiere unsere ersten 2 Tage in diesem Beitrag und werde morgen unseren kinderfreundlichen Spaß teilen! des Tages). Obwohl wir um 3:45 Uhr aufstehen, haben wir uns gut an die neue Zeitzone angepasst. Dies war wirklich mein erstes Mal, dass ich in einem niedlichen Airbnb blieb! Wenn ich reise, suche ich sie immer, bevor ich in einem Hotel wohne, aber ich kann die niedlichen Menschen nicht finden. Meine Suchanfragen ziehen normalerweise knusprige, veraltete Optionen hoch. Aber San Diego hatte eine Menge wirklich süßer, aktualisierter Entscheidungen! Wir haben uns für eine Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer in Mission Beach entschieden, in der ich eine Woche für den 4. Juli 2015 verbrachte.

Wie süß war unser Platz? Als ich einging, hatte ich den ganzen Minimalismus, aber bis zum Ende von drei Tagen war ich ein bisschen mehr Platz 🙂 Es war perfekt für zwei Menschen und hatte zum Glück eine AC -Einheit, die in San Diego nicht die Norm ist.

Das Bett war sehr bequem und der Balkon war auch schön zu haben. Alles wurde aktualisiert, und ich mochte die Wanddesigns! @katheats) am 13. August 2018 um 9:44 Uhr PDT

Nach dem Einchecken gingen wir zum Strandweg, um ein wenig Besichtigung zu erhalten.

Als ich im Juli 2015 in San Diego zuletzt war, verbrachte ich die halbe Woche kalt! Es war gerade kaum den Sommer und die Sonne verbrachte den halben Tag hinter Wolken … also hatte ich nicht erwartet, dass es so heiß war! Ich glaube, ich war in unserem dreitägigen Besuch heißer als den ganzen Sommer in Virginia. Innerhalb von 20 Minuten nach dem Abschied tropften wir vor Schweiß und bereit für einige Erfrischungen. Es stellte sich heraus, dass ich vor drei Jahren auch hier eine Açaí -Schüssel hatte! Die Erdnussbutterschicht machte es episch. Es gab ein Supermarkt neben dem, wo wir halb und halb und ein paar Heftklammern (OJ, Trail -Mix) für das Wochenende gekauft haben. Alle innerhalb von Schritten unseres Airbnb.

Nach all unseren Reisen wollten wir uns nur ein bisschen am Strand entspannen. Gott sei Dank hatte unser Platz einen kleinen Regenschirm für ein kleines Stück Schatten, sonst hätte ich nicht länger als 10 Minuten gedauert! Es war ziemlich schwierig, 30 Wochen schwanger zu sein, ohne einen Strandstuhl. Ich hatte große Hoffnungen, ein Loch für meinen Bauch zu graben und im Sand zu liegen, aber das hat nicht so gut geklappt. (Ich brauchte mehr Hüftunterstützung, um zu verhindern, dass sie in das Loch gesunken?) Ich verbrachte eine Stunde lang auf meinen Seiten und las. Abendessen. Die Speisekarte sah gut aus und die Aussicht war großartig. Touristy Spot, nehme ich an! Wir fanden auch eine Million Surfer, die Spaß gemacht haben, zu sehen!

Unser endgültiges Ziel der Nacht war der gebackene Bär. Mit prostaline preise einer Auswahl an Keksen, Eiscreme und Belägen kreieren sie kundenspezifische Eiscremesandwiches. Ich ging mit S’mores auf S’Mores mit Heath Bar Topping. Omg – so gut! Ich habe nur ungefähr 2/3 davon gegessen, weil es riesig war. Der Avocado -Toast, den ich auf körnigem Brot liebte, und T hatte ein Frühstücks -Sandwich. Also so heiß !! Ich würde nie in der vollen Sonne im Süden gehen, außer am Strand, also weiß ich nicht, warum wir es für eine gute Idee hier dachten. Ein weiteres Nebenlesen auf einem Handtuch. Ich habe gesehen, wie er ein paar fangen! Wir waren nicht zu hungrig und haben uns entschlossen, einen weiteren Açaí -Schüssel zu teilen. Plus zwei Bao -Brötchen von nebenan. Liebe diese Dinge !!

Wir sind noch ein paar Blocks zum Mission Bay Yacht Club gegangen, um Karen und Mazen für den Nachmittag zu treffen. Die Vorfreude, ihn wiederzusehen, war so hoch !! Ich werde Ihnen mehr über unseren Nachmittag dort in der morgigen Post erzählen. Nach einer Weile haben Karen und Mazen uns zum Schwimmen geschwommen, damit sie für ein letztes Abendessen nach Hause gehen und alle seine Sachen packen konnten. Es war schwer zu verabschieden, aber wir hatten einen ganzen Tag lang für Sonntag geplant, der uns davon abhielt, zu traurig zu sein. (Dies war mein erstes Mal, dass ich Lyft benutzte, und ich mag es so viel mehr als Uber! Es ist viel benutzerfreundlicher.)

Ich habe einen Sommer in San Diego in der Mittelschule verbracht und nach Hause gekommen, um zu verkünden, dass ich gehen würde in La Jolla zu leben, als ich aufgewachsen bin. (Und fahren Sie mit einem Geo -Tracker… lol) Es ist sicher schön dort oben! Die Einstellung war sehr cool und das Menü war voller kreativer Optionen. (Es war allerdings ziemlich teuer!)

Wir haben diese mit Tempura gefüllten Kürbisblüten mit geschlagener Ziegenkäse und Zitronenquark, die nicht von dieser Welt waren Eine Krabbe und ein gebratenes Reisgericht mit Erdnüssen und Koriander und einer würzigen Sauce. Ich habe die Textur der Krabbe gepaart mit dem knusprigen Reis geliebt! Ich liebe es, wenn Fisch diese perfekte braune Kruste bekommt. Er brachte uns ein kostenloses Schokoladendessert. Sie sind so süß!

Wir hatten den Wirbelsturm eines Wochenendes! Am Freitagnachmittag brachten Matt und ich Mazen zum Zahnarzt, um einen Zahn aus Komplikationen mit Zahnschleifen zu ziehen. Dieser Zahn war nicht locker und der erwachsene Zahn wird noch etwa 5 Jahre lang nicht eingehen, daher war er keine ideale Situation. Überraschenderweise war Mazen nicht nervös, weil ich ihm sagte, die Zahnfee brachte eine besonders große Überraschung für die Zähne mit, die gezogen werden. Und wir versprachen danach eine Reise zu Target. Und Charlottesville Pediatric Dentistry hat großartige Arbeit geleistet, um ihn ruhig und bequem zu halten. Plus ein Stück Brokkoli -Cheddar -Quiche von Plenty. Jahr, also hatten sie einen speziellen Tisch und einige Apps. Ich hatte einen winzigen Mann.

Sie kam früh in der Nacht und brachte ihm einige der halben Dollar -Münzen, von denen Mazen zusammen mit einer großen Rechnung besessen ist. Sie hofft auch, dass der Rest der Zähne auf natürliche Weise ausfällt, damit sie wieder nur 1 $ pro Zahn zahlt. Straße für Williamsburg, um Thomas Cousins Babyparty zu besuchen. Ich habe einen wirklich Spaß gemacht, wenn ich auf dem Laufband durch einen tansanischen Nationalpark gelaufen bin, bevor ich einige der französischen Toast Thomas für uns gemacht habe. schlief ungefähr 45 Minuten im Auto und machte den Rest der Fahrt mit seiner Nona neben ihm gut. (Die Rückreise verlief nicht so gut!) Es war unser erstes Mal, dass wir den neuen Lobster -Sitz von Phil und Ted aus ausprobierten, den ich auf Empfehlung meiner Schwester gekauft habe. Es war so toll zu haben!

Ich hatte zwei gebratene Austern und dieser Superfood -Salat, der lecker war! Gegen Ende unseres Mittagessens. Sie hat die magische Berührung. Sieht er nicht kuschelig aus? Es gab Schinkenkekse, Hühnersalat, Obstspieße und Hummus.

und die köstlichsten Macarons. Auf unserer letzten Reise nach Sonoma. Von Old City BBQ angehalten, bevor er in die Stadt zurückkehrte. Es war viel an einem Tag zu fahren, aber es macht mich auch Sorgen um unsere Strandreisen später in diesem Sommer. Ich denke, es ist Zeit für den Clek Foonf, aus dem Lager zu kommen. >

Thomas ‘Spätlauf hat sich für einen Vorgeschmack davon gelohnt !! OMG – So lecker! Er überschüttete mich auch mit Blumen und einer Karte und viel Liebe! Und Clay brachte einen hübschen Obstsalat!

Letzte Nacht markierte zwei Nächte in Folge, in der Matt und ich erst Mitternacht ins Bett gekommen sind. Ich habe meinen Posteingang geklärt und wir hatten viele Gerichte zu tun. Ich bat Matt, den Alarm später als 7 zu senken, aber er bestand darauf, als Crewmitglied #1 des Great Harvest Home Office heute Morgen ankommt! Ich fühle mich ein bisschen müde in meinem Kopf + Augen – heute Nacht werde ich um 10:26 Uhr im Bett sein!
